Membership Application for 2010-2011

  • Dear Potential Member:

    The Santa Clara County Chinese Golf Club, henceforth referred to as the CLUB, is registered with the State of California as a non-profit organization. All monies collected from annual dues must be spent during each fiscal year. The CLUB is a member of the Federation of Chinese Golf Clubs and annual dues are paid each year.

    The initial cost for a new applicant joining the CLUB for the year is FIFTY-SIX  dollars ($56.00). 

    If the applicant is already a NCGA member thru another club, he or she may join without listing on THE CLUB NCGA Roster for TEN dollars ($10.00) and participate in all CLUB activities which do NOT require NCGA sponsorship.

    If the applicant wants to be listed on THE CLUB NCGA roster without participation in any CLUB activities, he or she may join for FIFTY-ONE dollars ($51.00).

    Juniors (17 years of age and under) wishing to join the CLUB may do so at an initial cost of TWENTY-EIGHT dollars ($28.00), distributed as follows:  Annual Dues $10.00, and NCGA membership $18.00.

    Activities of the CLUB planned on an annual basis include:

    • Monthly Club Tournaments (March-November)
    •  
    • Annual Club Championship Tournament

     

    • Other activities to promote good fellowship and to foster better relationships among CLUB members and friends.

    Potential new members must play a minimum of one round with the CLUB, preferably with at least one member of the membership committee, before final acceptance.

    Applicants will be notified by mail of acceptance to the CLUB. In case the membership is filled, the applicant will be placed on a waiting list in the order of application received.

    Inquiries should be directed to the Membership Chairperson, or one of the officers of the CLUB.

    CLUB membership is limited to 100.
